I have worked at company for over 20 years, changes are being made for staff to ensure they spend the full time with clients which in turn gives clients a more relaxed unrushed visit, some families live far away and can't visit daily so our carers may be the only people they see for a few days so having time just to talk about the good old days and reminisce is lovely for them. Would recommend them at any time

I started to work at Ashley Care about a month ago, the changes here are significant and they continue to improve daily, The office staff have been helpful and address issues promptly. They have been very welcoming and supportive.Overall a good company that continues to do their upmost to make improvements.

Since new ownership, Ashley care have improved in areas across the board - here is what our clients think from our most recent client survey in February - 95% of our clients would recommend Ashley care. 42% rated us outstanding and 51% rated us good! Those figures speak for themselves!-As a member of staff at Ashley care I can’t speak highly enough about the company!

I had a total industry career change and came to work for Ashley care 6 months ago. It is a lovely company to work for. There has been so much to learn and the staff are very helpful and friendly. There have been some very big chances since I started and it's all a amazing.

I have worked at Ashley Care for 6 years. Starting as a care worker and now in management. We have some amazing carers. We are now under new ownership and lots of changes are being made for both the staff and clients. I am excited for the future of Ashley Care.
