My partner and I did an engagement photoshoot with Ally in August. We discussed a theme beforehand and settled on something the three of us were enthusiastic about. Alasdair scouted locations and suggested poses in a confident but not overbearing way, and the shoot itself was pleasant and efficient. Gorgeous pictures too of course! Alasdair is an incredible photographer and I have had many photo shoots with him for different occasions. He has always been professional and well organised. When it came to my wedding I had no doubts on who I wanted to photograph our day, Alasdair captured every detail of our day, starting in the barber shop at 7am with my husband and continuing to work until late at night. I highly recommend him for weddings, couple shoots, cosplay and many more.

I've worked with Alasdair on several occasions at a lot of different styles of events! He is always professional and engaging with an uncanny ability to put people at ease. I am very camera shy an have had countless amazing pictures from Alasdair that I dont think anyone else could have gotten due to my anxiety about having my picture take. Alasdair did our photos for our handfasting, including a pre-event shoot when we were both working at a music festival - he came to site and got us in a rare break. We were stupidly busy with work all summer so it was difficult to fit in in-person meetings to discuss what we wanted, but he was excellent with online and phone communication, and we have the most wonderful pictures as a result. We only wanted a few staged/posed photos - done very much on the hop - but for the rest we really just wanted to capture the spirit of the event, and Alasdair managed exactly that. He was a great presence on the day, and our family and friends loved him and felt really comfortable around him. We didn't like the idea of being absent from our party for ages to do pictures, but he had brilliant ideas for sneaking off for a few photos of just the two of us in a nearby forest, which we absolutely love. Ours was an outdoor event with some... challenging... weather conditions, shall we say, but he didn't bat an eyelid. Brilliant guy, excellent photographer. Can't thank him enough. x

Alasdair delivers really good work. He is a true professional. A pro-active photographer, who is helps you get the best out of your ideas. He photographed during our COP26 event and during the climate marches there and delivered excellent pictures. Next to that, he helped us find our way through Glasgow. Highly recommended.
