Rang to get a call-back to discuss my medication. Was told that I need to join the stampede at 8am to arrange a simple call-back. PATHETIC is not an adequate word. If this were a business relying on the return of satisfied customers for your funding you wouldn't last 5 minutes.

Do not register here. This practice is negligent and the reception staff are extremely poorly trained (if at all) with no professional or people skills whatsoever. It is impossible to obtain an appointment with a GP and medication is prescribed without consultation with the patient! There is zero observation of the Hippocratic oath at this place. It is basically shambolic. I have been registered with them for two years with minimal requirements and am now moving to another practice. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and unacceptable incompetence and register elsewhere.

Worse receptionist I’ve ever come across. I call to see if I can get emergency appointment to issues I seen doctor for days prior, Wasn’t really capable of walking round but I decided stay on the phone and go to the clinic. When I arrive I asked if it was same number and the receptionist asked if I can’t get through. I told her I’m ringing you right now and the phone was flashing both phones were flashing with call. I said no wonder you’re annoying busy voice mail says you receive 600 calls a day because you two are sat there chatting away and not answer and think it’s awful the way you treat your patient’s. I didn’t get a sorry just looked away and ignored me. The receptionist need to go on some sort of customer care course. Frankly I think there rude look down at you don’t act or look professional at all as one is dressed like teenager who hangs on the corner and exspect patients to shout out there personal problems out in front of everyone. And also when I attended 4 days prior I told them they was out of hand sanitizer and to not to my surprise they still haven’t replaced it.. this is a surgery with sick people attending and using touch screen. I have no complaint about the doctor, he helped me professionally with the issues I had.

If you are in bad health, then sign up for this clinic, for sure with their cooperation you will find your way to death without any cooperation. You can call at 8:00 in the morning and make an appointment to see a doctor, but that will never happen, and if you ask the receptionist, she'll pretend you didn't call. If you want to die, this is a great clinic

The practice nurses are great but try getting an appointment to see the doctor, it is impossible.

One star is too high. Frankly, pathetic service. I suggest they improve thier means of contact. I've tried calling literally 1600 times this morning so far. 9 out of 10 times it says number not valid. The other 1 in 10 - line busy!!! Not even making it into the queue. I don't see how we're getting value for our money here at all. What's the point when you can't even get through to be told all the appointments are gone!!! I'd walk in but they'd probably have a panic attack post covid. A disgrace! Now going to have to shell out to go to a private pharmacist in order to stave a simple chest infection. And these guys want to reduce thier hours!!!!! Hilarious.

Very clean, modern and efficient facility.
