Box of Delights

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Spent £33 on a boat. Had to take it back when my we could hear the air leaking through the valve, they preceeded to replace it...no issue. Then we were putting it into our van when we see a tear in the boat! Once again took it back to get a refund. However, they refused to give a refund. THE PRODUCTS ARE AWFUL QUALITY! Then the owner George accused us of lying and claimed his business policy would not allow him to provide a refund yet he claimed to be the owner.

Absolutely lovely shops, both in Newquay and Aberaeron, staff are very helpful and pleasant.

Has always been my favourite shop and a must stop in Aberaeron whenever we visit. Today however I experienced atrocious service which I have to say is not usual. New staff member who was being trained please do not treat your customers the way that was displayed to you today.

Some friends bought me a fleece as a birthday presentI didn’t receive present until a couple of months later and it was the wrong sizeI live about 120 miles away and it was not practical to take it backAfter a phone call it was arranged that they would exchange it for different size with me paying postage costs absolutely fairReceived exchange 2 days later very friendly staff and nice to get such amazing customer service these daysWill definitely visit when next in the areaThank you

Went to the one in Aberaeron never again the woman practically thought I was going to steal a pair of shoes just because I went back in to try a different colour on and called my husband back in the shop

Went to a shop a new quay and got loads of crystals from both there and aberaeron. The shop in new quay was the only one that sold this type of crystal that I had bought but I forgot the name of it. Here's an image of it. Can you please tell me the name please!!

The lovely lady called Beverly served us today whilst looking for men’s shoes, she was so helpful and patient we ended up with 2 pairs !Thanks for the lovely customer service I would highly recommend visiting this shop .

Been into two different box of delights and found the staff very helpful and friendly. Brought shoes from the different shops.which are very comfy. I wish therewas one in Stoke-on-Trent

So this is the second time that I have popped into this shop for a gift! On both occasions the lady that I presume owns it was really rude. On the first occasion she showed a huge attitude towards the person I was shopping with, over handling products. On the second occasion I had been standing looking at jewellery hoping to buy a bracelet! but unfortunately the jewellery she was selling was not what I wanted. As I left she ran over and I saw her checking for stolen items. I did turn around and actually say to her “I had not stolen anything” as I was so shocked she thought I had. If you want to feel like a thief by all means shop here otherwise I’d take a walk past the entry. Horrible atmosphere. Proprietor needs to learn some customer service skills. Would absolutely not recommend.
