9 20 am and still not open is even open today as it says from 9 am

Staff are always so friendly and helpful, brand new lay down beds which are fantastic

Where do you start this used to be the best place for me iv been going here since it opened but recently the main lady emma left and unfortunately this place has gone from the best to the worst the beds are not clean if you turn over and like to lay face down the top of the bed has dust an bits of hair it’s so bad I had to get of an wipe itAlso went in on Thursday to be told by a young girl I don’t exist on there system then when she found me with my help I was told I have nothing saying I haven’t any minutes ok I don’t keep track as I pay every month for unlimited packages which I understand runs out but it comes with the use of the sun angel which I hadn’t used told it was run out again so why wasn’t I told my Package was coming to an end I was always informed by emma a few days prior and I would re book straight away I’m a loyal and long regular customer sad this place is losing all it’s regular customers I have friends who are leaving due to the same problem if you want to stay with this company go to a different branch much better service and clean beds the prices they charge you expect a better service there other branches are cheaper but I chose to stay as it was closer to home for meI’m now considering even finding a different company

UPDATED August 2023 - Change of Manager & Staff is DIRESince April 2023, this branch has become seedy, dirty and lacks friendliness from staff (who look bored to death).The shop (not a Franchise) has not completed building work for months. It needs closing for 100% refit, and staff training on how to greet customers & smile".Photos are testament for lacking a nice environment.Photos show:1. Tanning cubicle treated as storage area which could be hazardous for customers.2. One vertical grab handle in one of the tanning machines booths is missing.3. One light is stopped from falling through its hole by stuffing a screw. Electrocution hazard #HSE?4. Advertising frames once on the cubicle wall removed but all the grubby sticky-pads remained. Tatty.5. Door locks have not been replaced. 2nd hand pin-latch installed instead. Not professional.AVOID this failing branch at your peril.Thanks.UPDATE APRIL 2021 - with months of shop closure lockdown you'd have thought that the shop was CLEANED but no.And a few of the machines have interior lights are swinging loose exposing LIVING 240v CABLES. H&SE will have to be told about this

I don't know how this place has so many good reviews because I had the worst experience ever.First of all I had to book the session online and for some reason I couldn't find the price, anyway I was interested jn a sunbed session. Once at the store, the guy at the front desk made me pay something like 26£ for it which I think is way overpriced, but anyway.Whilst he handed me the card machine he dropped it on the desk, the machine broke and he started to swear. He did not apologise for the swears and proceeded with taking the payment. He seated me in the waiting area and after few minutes he instructed me to go to a room which was a standing tan rather than a sunbed. I pointed out the mistake and clearly bothered by it, he asked me to pay extra money which I had to pay (I ended up paying 35£ for sunbed session what a rip off).Anyway I move on to the room and he did not provide any instruction neither he asked me if it was my first time etc. It was indeed my first time and I really didn't know what was best practice. The place is also really small, there is no space to even turn and put your clothes somewhere. I would not recommend it!

Amazing Staff, Superb customer service, sunbeds are great and also an extremely clean shop. Staff are all very knowledgeable when it comes to tanning and always greet you with smiles on their faces. Emma & Libby are lovely girls really friendly and chatty and always do their upmost to make every customer feel welcome :) And Paul is possibly the most handsome man I have ever laid eyes on ;);) Best Sunbed shop ever!!! I would personally recommend all of The Tanning shops but especially this one as it is the best one by far!!!!!!!! :):)

Lady was so lovely, however the sunbed was way past it's sell by...would of got a better tan Lying naked under an umbrella in the rain! Absolute waste of time and money! £25 quid before I went on I asked for a refund... but they said they don't do refunds! So anyone wanting a quick top up or warmer! DO NOT GO HERE! Better off going new Brighton in the winter? If you want a safe tan you wouldn't go to a sunbed shop? You'd go on holiday an buy SPF 40 ?

In London for a few days, visiting from Australia. The lady at reception, Stevie if I remember, was super nice, welcoming and helpful and we had a great chat. She explained all the options available and guided me towards the best one based on my skin type. I ended up doing 20min on the Angel, loved every minute of it. The place is very clean too. I will definitely come back when I visit London again!!! Thanks heaps!
