Went in to buy some running shoes . Was assisted by a lovely young women who was very approachable and very helpful. Got what I needed

Usual stuff in. Smaller than other stores I've been in. Does have a USC inside also which is good. Staff all friendly enough.

Fairly large choice of products here, with the occasional good offer. Unfortunately I can't rate the place well anymore as the quality has massively gone done. Replace two pairs of Nike trainers recently as both started falling apart in less than a month, they used to last years

Awful shop, try my hardest to avoid going in there. Customer experience is one of the worst you will have.

The shop had plenty of space and I did find what I was looking for, however, the customer service provided by the lad on the till was less than impressive - no pleases or thank yous and a sharp tone which was far from welcoming. Some of your staff need some training!

Was directed to boys shin pads by staff. Picked up medium. On getting home saw they were adult medium not boys, they'd been put in the wrong place. Decided to reorder online with sport direct as in store they didn't have boys medium. Paid online, then took wrong sized pair in for refund. Was denied a refund offered credit as I should have exchanged in store where they didn't have the size in. Issue is there is never any staff available to ask questions or get shoes, and when u do find one, the service isn't always great. The manager Dawn was smug and more interested in being in control and right than delivering customer service that fits the circumstances. I've now had to complaint to head office. Don't worry Dawn, you'll be refunding me next week.

Went to Selby store waited out side was told to enter then told by another member of staff to go back out he said I have told you to wait out side it's one in one out so my wife said the guy has just told us to come in no one was complying with the arrows on the floor with the attitude the guy had with us we turned around and came away

I bought a T-shirt, it was too small. I brought it back with the receipt and labels to make a refund in the same day, since they did not have other sizes. The money was not returned, they said that they do not do a refund. This is a violation of consumer rights.Be aware!
