Amazing apartments in a not that great area

I have rented a flat for 3.5 years and I must admit that the development is really coming together nicely, new restaurants are being opened and the whole area became more lively. Really good connections to Central London and other parts of North London.A special thanks goes to Giuseppe and the concierge team at Kingly Building, they go above and beyond and made us feel like home over the years.

Good location one of best area of Hackney

We've been living here for a year now. Beautiful area, but it's getting dangerous and there are bands of young men that operate mugging people on a regular basis and stealing phones and bags in a violent way. In the sumer they also gather to somke and drink innthe surroundings. Among groups of neighbours from different buildings in the area we have reported to the police several times but nothing has been done.
