Excellent company Great service, with a smile, polite and great prices.highly recommend.Then my car wouldn't start , the lads were so kind and helpful , made me a cup of tea and one even got my car started went above and beyond to help me and so kind , and thoughtful and reinstated my faith in people, so I recommended them before all that now I recommend them with glowing colours as a company but also as caring helpful people too xxx

They had the part I required and quoted me a price on arrival to the scrap yard which was £20.00 then another chap saw me walking up to the repection and said 'have you been quoted a price? I said yes that chap there told me £20.00The two chaps chatted and now it's not £20.00 it's £30.00You need to stick to the prices you quote, as it now seems your ripping people off.Be careful when buying from this scap yard as they may hike the price up as and when it suits them.

This is my second experience with 1st Choice Breakers and I must say staff are very welcoming and kind. Each experience they’ve had exactly what I’ve needed with no hassle and at a great price. Thank you for all your help and support.

Called to order a seat base for a Fiat Panda I'd been looking for all over, was pleased to find they had it and I was helpfully sent a video of the part so I could confirm it was correct, all seemed well so I paid to have it shipped.Unfortunately my car sold and I had to cancel and as the part was not removed from the car or shipped, I was told I would receive a refund, I chased this up a couple of times and was being 'dealt with' its been about 6 weeks now and nothing.1st Choice, if you want to process my refund, then I'll happily amend this review.

Very helpful up to the point that I paid then it was just lies / excuses. part took 15 days to arrive after making countless phone calls and texts, each time told it would / had been sent, promised tracking info 3 times but never got any (because they hadn't sent it), nearly gave 1 star but the part was good as was the price.

Got my parts in time, good service

####AVOID AT ALL COSTS#####Ordered a part for a van back in May, wrong part sent to me. They promised over and over they would send the correct one and told me to bin the other part. Never received the correct part, asked for a refund and to this day haven't received it. I kept the first part they sent and offered to return it too just to ensure i got the refund, they didnt bother sending me a returns address, despite promising that too!!That's £70 never to be seen again. Reading other reviews this seems a common theme with this company, avoid at all costs!!

Very bad customer service and they will never give you a refund. I agreed with them with the credit because they refused to give me the refund and when I started using my credit they didn’t send me anything. They are basically scammers and whenever I want to speak with the manager they always say he’s not here call Tuesday when I call them Tuesday same issue. I’ll report them to the police and wouldn’t recommend anyone to use them

Don't ever work with this business.Needed two steel wheels for my car so went on breaker link. These guys gave me quoted 70 total including postage. Great stuff, phoned them to check it was the right size and they said they did have them so went ahead with the order.No sign of the wheels for a week, then another week. At this pint I started phoning them every day and was given a different excuse each time. Then had an email from Breaker link saying the parts had been sent. Cool, waited another few days. Nothing arrived. Phoned them again. Ahhh the parts are at your depot so should be there tomorrw". Nothing. After a few days still nothing. Phoned them again and they said they'd sent them now
