Clean, ultra smart bakery and small cafe. Limited amount of tables and choice but smells divine as the baking is done on the premises and all products are fresh and available.

Recently moved into the area with my family, love this place, pop in for a coffee most days, my daughter loves there sprinkle donuts. The staff are always friendly and the atmosphere is chilled. Keep up the good work guys.

Average. I feel like I've given bake out a good go however I've sadly been disappointed. The first week it opened I had a delicious sausage roll and cake. Since then every visit I've had hasn't been up to the same standard. The lady who serves behind the till with short blonde hair is also not very welcoming and doesn't seem to listen to your order...Recently I bought two jam doughnuts that were sadly raw inside and could not be eaten.I ordered another sausage roll that was very overcooked and bland.On another occasion I ordered a panini and the lady at the counter (same above lady) gave me the wrong one. Upon leaving the cafe my partner went back to return it and she came across quite rude and didn't apologise and made it seem like it was our fault.I probably won't return to the lancing one now I've given it a fair shot. It's a shame because the southwick one is great

The best rolls I've ever eaten. However, charging extra for non-dairy milk in coffee really isn't good in this day and age. Would be great to not be penalised for not consuming dairy items.

Delicious cheese scone and cheese straw and delightful lady served us.
