Why am I being made to wait in a queue round the car park when all I want is to pick up an item from argos?Explained this at the entrance and was directed to the back of the shopping queue.Try a bit of common sense guys.

Very busy station but loads of pumps to keep things moving & they accept Scottish money with no problem in like the smaller franchises that seam to forget we are British too.
