Terrible shop, terrible service. They shouldn't be allowed to work with little animals. They are butchers. Female shop assistant with pink and blue hair took a tiny bunny out of the cage catching it from it's back!!! They don't care about clients or animals, the only thing they are worried about is to make as much profit as possible no matter how

I loved this place. We get the all pet dog related stuff , different varieties of fish, hamster, Rabbits, guine pigs and what not. I specifically went for fish and the fish care stuff. You can get the water conditioner, fish food, heaters, aquariums, gravels, aquarium plants, food and what not. I loved the place and a must visit for all animal lovers.

Really really disappointed we have our bichon grommed here every 6 weeks yesterday was awful he usually come out fluffy with a beautiful bichon head and bright eyes trimmed beautifully as you can see in the pic his face is a mess his tail is usually fluffy aswell his head is all unevenAll he needed was a trim on his coat we booked full groom cost £47 have left a complaint on their answering machine waiting to see if anyone cares enough to contact me

Great shops for all pet supplies. Can be untidy or low stock sometimes, but usually very tidy and well stocked. The que can get long but moves quickly. Staff are always friendly and willing to help

Popped in to collect an online order. Staff helped out and got my collection very quickly. Browsed through the store and noticed the new items coming in for your pooch for winter.More stock to follow so will pop in for an update on the next collection.The last time I was in, the kibble had a limited variety, now restocked and more options again.

I recommend the veterinary clinic, I come there with my rabbit a few times, the vets were efficient and handled the rabbit well. The wait time for the vet is quick. I recommend this clinic.

I was promised a 10% discount on a new fish tank and supplies which after arriving home and checking the receipt I realised no discount was given. More concerning was the misinformation on cycling the aquarium for the first time ('just put the fish in after 24 hours') which resulted in several fatalities. Very poor knowledge and customer service.

Twice in the last few months I’ve set items down and walked out due to staff leaving the tills without getting cover leaving people standing with heavy items. An employee today was telling two girls about her cats and boyfriend while a queue formed. Need a self service till to allow people to get items and go. Going to the new Jolly’s up the road from now on.
