Have had 2 facials so far to treat rosacea and repair skin barrier and both treatments have helped enormously.Zara is very knowledgeable and gives good advice. Very relaxing, lovely music and massage has really helped my mature skin.

Lovely place. After my session with Zara my face felt really refreshed and amazing! Definitely recommended. I've been elsewhere for facial before and none of those places are good as here. Will definitely be back. I've had a good time!

I went for the restore and repair facial. It was heavenly! Soooo relaxing. The products smell beautiful. My skin feels so much better. Totally recommend. I’ll be going back.

I love facials, and have tried quite a few in the north east. This one was literally one of the best I’ve ever had. Incredible massage techniques, hot towels and cold stones (I think that’s what’s they were!). Beautiful products and super friendly and welcoming environment. So special to have such a place in Newcastle, never mind Heaton! 100% recommended.

Had a beautiful and relaxing facial with Zara after being gifted a voucher for Christmas. My skin felt the softest it’s ever felt afterwards and overall it was a lovely experience!
