I'm from Rotherham so not a regular but never disappointed on my visits. Great selection of real ale, craft ale as well as the normal offering. Free games tables (1943, space invaders, pacman) and pool table and jukebox. What more do you want? Also decent clientele, no di@kheads.

What a great pub! Amazing atmosphere, mainly for Sheffield United fans (away fans are welcome, however) Quick service and friendly staff and only a two minute walk from the Sheffield United stadium (Bramall Lane.) Peak times are matchdays.

Great traditional pub with cozy nooks and crannies. Free old school computer games like Galaga.

Nice pub with a tiny pool table (I still lost), dart board and some cool old school computer games to keep you entertained. Nice array of beers and the gin was nice too!

I'm sure I've left a review before but the place is that nice, I will leave another. Always made to feel welcome & the big bearded barman is always so nice, accommodating and up for a chat/bit if banter. Also nice wee beer garden too!Edit - turned into a Blades pub due to covid and it’s not the same. In fact it’s gone downhill & is never open (probably attributed to covid though). That mural on the side is crass too. Used to be a good mix of folk in here as it’s near student accommodation & some workplaces but now just a casuals pub. Rumour also has it that the landlady is a nutter too, rude & doesn’t pay contractors etc. If going for a drink in Waynetta Slob’s pub is your thing, then get in, you’ve won a watch. Won’t be back. Plenty other far better places near it.

They're working really hard here and things look great!! The Blades link is obvious (and should be). Brilliant little beer garden overlooking BDTBL.Much more space inside and out.Good luck to all concerned.

This is an amazing little place. From the outside it certainly doesn't look inviting but don't let that put you off.Inside there's a warm welcome, real ale and range of classic, table-top arcade games to be found! A pool table and darts board are also available but 1943 and Centipede made it impossible for me to move away from the arcade games!Probably best to avoid Sheffield United match days if you're after a quiet drink - as it's literally across the road from Bramall Lane.Other than that, this is a great pub.

Smallish street corner boozer with a good range of cask ales, four or five. Neat interior that is made up of three rooms. Nice feature is that one room has video games tables for folk to enjoy while they sit. The game hark back to the 1980s and such. Good atmosphere. Recommended.

Wouldn't let me in with the dog even though I'm a blade, seemed alright when I asked them but once the Mrs walked in with the dog was told we needed a booking (landlady's little dog was yapping at us). Maybe it's a one off and will give it another chance on a home game but pretty annoyed at the s****y customer service tbh! Seemed a nice bar on entry, was excited by the blades theme but disappointed by the welcome....

Great pub atmosphere as the theme is Sheffield United. Nice staff behind the bar. Great location for when the matches start again. Definitely a location to try out if you’re a united fan.
