Excellent service today, very friendly and polite staff and I love the way my nails turned out. She was very helpful and always asked for my opinion. Would 100% recommend!

Had infills today.Naya had done an amazing job as always! It was just the way I wanted it. Not too thick, and looks like my nails Love it!.. her work is very even and good attention to details i.e. shape and length . As a person who criticises on minor details even my own work. She did great .. I left feeling happy that I spend my money right!Always ask for Naya and Happy.

I came to snow nails with a booking at 3:30pm, this was my first time getting a manicure with them. I came in without saying anything as i saw they were busy so i sat down in the waiting chairs and sat there until one of the girls was finished with someone. I waited exactly Half an hour to be sat down. I had to speak up and tell them i was there for my 3:30pm appointment (it was my fault for not saying that i had an appointment so i don’t blame them for not sitting me down immediately), i got sat down immediately and waited approx 5mins before a lady began doing my nails. I had asked her if she we would be done by 5pm since i had work at that time, the lady reassured me that we would be done by that time (We began my nails at 4:30pm). She indeed was done by 5pm without the design i wanted however i asked for the design and she really tried getting me finished asap. I told her it’s fine if we overrun slightly so that she wouldn’t rush doing my nails as i understand it takes time and effort so i didn’t want to rush her at all. When she was finished with my nails, she wanted to discount me £2 from my £40 nails because i waited so long but i said it was fine and i saw that they were really busy that day so i didn’t find it as a surprise why it took some time to have me seated down. I gave her the full £40 and thanked her very much and left. Overall the rating for Snow Nails is a solid 9/10. Very satisfied with them and the lady who was doing my nails kept asking me if i liked them and constantly asked for my opinion on them. Very sweet ladies :)

Got a full set for the first time, was greeted straight away. Staff was friendly and professional. Overall enjoyed my experience and will definitely be back! I would recommend asking for “naya”

I've been to have my nails done twice here now and I've left both times, really happy with how my nails look. They do what you ask for without trying to bump you with add-ons. I've had acrylics done and shellac on my natural nails and I would certainly return to get them done again. The salon is very clean and the staff are very professional. They even did my little 4 year old daughter's nails for free as she was waiting patiently for me to finish getting mine done. The quality of their products are fantastic. My acrylics lasted 9 weeks without breaking or cracking.

I had bad experiences with previous salons but these girls always make sure my nail health is top priority and give me the style and shape I want! I have had some amazing nail designs done by them and they can recreate any photo you give them! They are patient and quick

I have been a loyal client in Snow Nails for almost 2 years now and they have NEVER disappointed me. They always listen well to what I ask for and always deliver with amazing service and perfection. Naya did my nails today and she did it so beautifully and she is AMAZING! Always such a lovely time to come and chat to the rest of the team also, super super friendly!

My first time at this salon and amazing service today! So friendly and made me feel so welcome! The nail lady (Naya) customised my design to suit my nails better than the picture I originally had and I love them! Highly recommend, worth the money full of talented artists!

What a wonderful first time experience with this salon!!! The staff were so friendly and I didn't feel Pressured to force a conversation. The lady (burgundy glasses) done my nails perfectly and I couldn't of asked for a better service. Will defo be coming back and I recommend you do to :))) x
