Bought a house in the Cala Musselburgh Development, cheap locks supplied with the house, house was burgled as a result of them not fitting anti-snap locks basically rendering the house insecure, high performance sports car stolen as a result whilst my children were in bed.Now 6 weeks on from Cala coming down to inspect the damage to the doors & nothing in terms of a response, only broken promise after broken promise and missed deadlinesWe were also promised when sold the house the area at the side of my house would be landscaped and handed over to the factors, was constantly lied to that the works were schedule to start, but now being to Cala are waiting for costs to come back from landscapers, check out the view and we have been in the house for 18 months!Contacted Customer Care team, customer Care Manager Debbie, not once met a deadline to come back to me with updates, escalated to Scott, not once met a deadline to come to me with with an update, escalated again to Justine ( Director ) who promised an update yesterday, guess what, nothing!Absolute shambles of a customer care offering from this supposed 5 Star builder - tried raising a formal complaint on their website but guess what not working!Seriously considering selling the house!

We have a cold and damp roomWe have a cold and damp room. After three years they sent the wrong trade to diagnose the wrong issue. Not an accident I'm sure because the whole point was to dismiss us.Should your house have issues expect to spend a lot of time chasing these guys

Great houses inside and out

Flew to Edinburgh from London to finally the property. It did not disappoint and exceeded our expectations. It is perfectly located in Leith beside Ocean Terminal. Met the wonderful site team and they were able to answer all our questions regarding the property we purchased. Cant wait for its completion date EOY. Cala is an excellent choice. Bye London.
