Driving back from the coast and noticed this garden centre. I had been searching for an extra large plastic pot for some time but found what I was looking for here. Frustratingly, it wouldn't fit in the car and as we are not local, we asked to have it delivered. The service from the staff there was great and the pot turned up within 48 hours, packaged really well. Very efficient service and would highly recommend.

Didn't go to buy pots but they have a great selection a reasonable prices. Bought some decorative stones also at a good price and very pleased with them. The owner was pleasant and helpful.

Fantastic service, We purchased a figurine for the garden and after searching other garden sites found this company to have the best prices. I made my purchase and I was contacted within a very short time to arrange a delivery slot .Delivery time was very impressive and I received my statue within a couple of days.We would not hesitate in using this great company again.Thank you for the amazing service.

Purchased marble pagoda garden ornament via the internet. Ordered on Monday and it arrived by courier just after midday today, Wednesday. Terrible customer service.My wife and I bought a couple of nice looking pots recently but after planting in them we've discovered they're both cracked on the underside. The unfriendly, bordering on hostile woman I've spoken to twice has not only been unhelpful but also condescending. Absolutely no attempt has been made to rectify the damaged purchases. Needless to say, we'll never buy from here again.

Really impressed with this company. Diane in particular was really helpful as the pot I originally ordered wasn’t quite in perfect condition, so I really appreciated the honesty provided. This enabled me to choose another fabulous salvage jar and choose from a new order a few weeks later. The chap who rang me re delivery also extremely helpful. Delighted with my pot thank you very much!

Never buy pots online! We received a pot with a large amount of dark discolouration which was not consistent with website photos. It looked dreadful. It was returned via a carrier they organised. We have never been refunded by the company. We had to claim via PayPal. Very rude woman we tried to sort the issue out with.
