Unbelievable service from Barry & Peter!We were looking for a quick turnaround on our mortgage before Christmas and The Mortgage Advice Service certainly delivered...I called Peter late Tuesday afternoon and by Thursday evening we had a mortgage offer accepted which comes into force immediately. (This was an internal mortgage transfer).No more hassle when it comes to re-mortgaging knowing the level of service provided by this company.I would 100% recommend and wouldn't look anywhere else.

Peter and Barry were absolutely fantastic in providing us with a mortgage which suited our specific needs. They communicated everything very clearly to us in a professional yet friendly manner so that we knew exactly what was happening every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble for them! Had an awful experience with L&C and it was taken weeks to sort a mortgage offer. Spoke with Peter that at The Mortgage Advice Service and he gave me non bias advice. I then decided to move over to The Mortgage Advice Service after speaking with Peter and I wish I had done it sooner, I would’ve saved myself 2 and a half weeks of stress and waiting. Was able to get a mortgage offer within ONE WEEK! Barry was great for giving me updates throughout the process, even on the smaller aspects but I appreciated each one greatly. I will definitely return when I need to remortgage/for any future mortgages.

When we moved into our new home Barry took so much of the stress out of it for us by offering as much help as he could.
