Rocqua Rock & Water Adventures

We (me my 17yrold son and 14yr old daughter) had a fantastic afternoon canyoning with Brian. He looked after us and encouraged when needed. We all enjoyed it and were buzzing when we finished.Thank you very much

Absolutely epic afternoon with Brian and Emma from Rocqua Rock & Water Adventures! They took such good care of us and made the experience really personal. Small group numbers definitely a massive plus and selling point over the bigger companies. One adult with four kids between the ages of 15 and 10 felt completely safe at all times - Brian and Emma so knowledgeable and were both amazing with the kids. Highly recommended!

Had an absolutely amazing morning with Emma & Brian last week for my dad’s 50th birthday. We did the scrambling + canyoning combined activity & it was worth every penny! They were both very friendly and professional, and we felt in safe hands the whole time. We were nicely layered up to keep warm, and the small group size was definitely a bonus - felt like a private excursion! Highly highly recommend!

Me + Rob had an amazing last morning of our trip to the lakes when we decided to book onto canyoning at stoneycroft! Booked late evening for the next morning which resulted in a speedy confirmation + directions sent!Brian was amazing and gave us the best experience from start to finish, clear instructions throughout which put us at ease and we knew we were in safe hands! A great morning full of laughs and some great shots taken too, not forgetting the hot choc and brownies!All equipment was provided and even a tent to change in and out of before and after which was greatly appreciated! We had an absolutely brilliant time ghyll scrambling in Keswick last weekend with Rocqua. As group of seven (three adults and four children) we booked the activity for my wife’s birthday. We are so glad we used this company! Communication from the off was great and Emma and Brian were really lovely with us all. Our youngest son was quite hesitant about doing the activity at first but Brian was so encouraging and good with him. Hot chocolate and home-made brownies back at the van was a really nice and very welcomed touch :-) Will definitely book other activities with Rocqua and I’d implore anyone of thinking of booking outdoor stuff to do the same. Emma & Brian are a really safe pair of hands and great craic. We will be back!

Such a great experience! Emma and Brian were amazing instructors and very encouraging. The highlight of our holiday and would definitely recommend!

Brian was great with our 12 year old son and my partner who is scared of heights! We had a great time abseiling whilst visiting the area. The brownies and hot chocolate were a lovely surprise too! Great experience and we felt good value for money. Will be back for some water activities next time.
