I requested a call back via email out of normal hours and got a call 30 minutes later. He made time the appointment for the next day at 9am and arrived on time. Courteous and Covid safe, he fixed the problem for the agreed fee. Great service, good value for the money and he not only has my future business but also that of our 2 children who both live locally 10 out of 10 and thank you very very much. Great service. Rang Paul at 9am abut an issue with our (15 y/o) range cooker. He came that same morning - when he said he would. He clearly explained our options for us and came up with good solution. Very thorough - checking everything was okay before he left. Highly recommend

I sent Paul an email and he responded within two hours to discuss the problem we had with a Zanussi double oven. He called within a 2 hour window the following day... So refreshing not to have to hang around all day waiting for somebody to call. The repair was carried out efficiently and we are back up and running. Can't praise enough. I had a washing machine breakdown, suspecting blockage of the drain hose or pump. Had troubles to get hold of reliable repair service or coming in quickly. Paul got my call after just having finished another job. He has given a quote with fixed fee if the problem was straightforward.Within 30mins, Paul turned up in front of me and had a thorough look of the machine. He candidly told me the issue appeared not to do with blockage of pump or hose, but might be the control board, as the pump seemed not to get any signal. He recommended me to find someone who's specialised in the particular brand of machine.He didn't charge me - he said he didn't fix the machine. It's so rare to encounter a tradesman so honest and considerate. I would definitely recommend APM. Trust is the key!
