Because of contacting these, it has made my life absolute hell. All of the workers are completely useless from lost warning letters" that was supposed to be sent to abusive neighbours all the way to the hypocrisy of the staff and lack of care/duty resulting in me getting attacked from neighbour on several occasions. They're so patronising especially one named Jo Denley. This worker in particular has made me try to kill myself on many of occasions due to her lack of support. The name safe living team is laughable as they only do the opposite! This company needs shut down asap!!"

I keep getting phone calls from YHN and there's no way to contact them to remove me off their system. I've never used YHN so I'm not sure how they have my number in the first place. I think, there's someone somewhere, looking to either fill targets or waste time by calling random numbers and leaving lengthy but 'muted' voicemails.

Someone very close to me asked for their help your homes at this person was about to be made homeless bareing in mind the shelters passed info onto to them . The person close to me struggling with mental health was on hold for an hour and half we had to hang up someone from the office was meant to ring my friend up knowing there sisuation of being homeless my friend never got that call back from them I though it was disgusting the way we were treat . But yet when u miss your rent there very quick to get in touch !!!! Your homes are a disgrace would not recommend these idiots !

45 minutes waiting on the phone listening to violins! No answer. The portal for repairs never works as calender is full to make a date. Dreadful service.

Left me for over a week with no hot water, and a hefty 30 quid phone bill from having to repeatedly call them approximately 30 times, they never got a single thing right, had several workmen in and made the problem worse, left me with water damage through my newly decorated living room. People need held responsible for such poor service. Disgusting isn't a strong enough word for this. Newcastle City Council employ nothing but cowboys.

Have run our flats into the ground. Weeds everywhere and now infested with rats. Overpopulated flat adjoining with noisy neighbours that they do nothing about. DO NOT rent from this org. They do not care in the slightest about their tennants.

Hopeless. Incredibly difficult to get hold of, zero organisation, 4 months and no reply to an email despite chasing twice, staff who sound sick of their lives and openly criticise their managers/company (I've been told on 2 separate occasions that the best way to get a new bathroom / kitchen is to intentionally cause damage), standard of repairs is usually terrible, online services work about 50% of the time. Incompetent

Useless company for the amount we pay for them for services they are not able to even pick up the phone, or get back after 3 months of trying to get to them. Just disappointed by the service and inhuman treatment for ignoring people's needs.Not deserve even a one-star.
