The best in the business!Cannot recommend this wonderful business enough, been visiting them for over 5 years now and everytime I get the most beautiful nails and service. They always go above and beyond to make my time there so special, its always the highlight of my month and feels like vising family. You will not get better anywhere else.

Gel pedicure which was rushed and poorly executed. Additionally a male member of staff started screaming and shouting at the end of my treatment and throwing items around the store which was really quite frightening (aside from being totally unprofessional)On a closer inspection of my pedicure when I came back home I could see that a couple of my toe nails were not filled smoothly and were jagged and the gel colour was uneven. Because of the incident at the time I couldn't inspect properly at the time but I wouldn't return.

I’ve been going to Hiens Nails and Thuys Lashes for years and safe to say they are the most friendly, hardworking and amazing salon in Bishops Stortford. Everyone is so genuine and they offer a wide range of services from manicures, pedicures, acrylic nails, gels, eyebrow treatments, and lash extensions. They always do their best to fit you in at a time appropriate to you!5 stars for Heins Nails/Thuys Lashes.

My first time here at Hien's, a pedicure and acrylic nails. The attention to detail on my nails was amazing, lovely and thin (how i like them) Aiden who booked me in used my name to greet me, made me coffee, all were very polite and welcoming. I Will certainly go back now, no chopping and changing for me! i am here to stay, Thank you for a professional and friendly team.

The best nail shop I’ve been to by far - are much more gentle than others and pay close attention, also got the design I wanted spot on. Very friendly and the complimentary glass of prosecco was nice too! My new regular

I come to hiens nails very regularly and they haven’t ever let me down. my nails are always perfect and always last so long before a fresh set. I’ve always struggled with finding somewhere but i’ll be sticking here for the foreseeable :)
