After waiting for a 10kva electric generator to arrive for 3 days after numerous explanations and reasons, we get a call at 4.00 PM on Friday that an electric TRANSFORMER is being delivered ina few minutes! This is after we have had the same equipment 3 times already at the same site! What a joke! We had booked a DOFF Steam Cleaning equipment to be powered by this and a MEWP booked to take us to the necessary height, the rent of both of which cost in excess of 1000.00 GBP per week. 3 days loss of work as well and they don't bother to update and apologise, however they charged us the week's hire rate plus collection and delivery fee plus a 500.00 GBP deposit 3 DAYS AFTER for something WE NEVER GOT. Upon my call to request my money back ASAP I was told accounts were not in that day so they couldn't do anything about it. My money gets refunded 5 days later.
