Amazing service from all the ladys in store today. I left everything till the last minute and was worried I wouldn't be able to get the sizes but the ladys were very helpful. the service was quick and I managed to get everything on my list !

The lady I'm sure everybody is mentioning felt it was appropriate to shout at me in front of the whole shop ( while I was discussing with MY daughter about my displeasure with the service). Absolutely rude lady who needs a refresher in customer service. If the man wasn't there doing is job as is meant I think it would have been worse. I absolutely wish I didn't need to buy from here, hopefully one day it will come true. I can apparently bring clothes back but not hold it towards my child in store.Also quality is not the best, uniform often bobbles easily.

I have been using this shop ever since my lad was at school. This year I left it later than usual so I expected a wait. The shop was busy but when it came to my turn the staff were polite and courteous. Making sure I got the right sizes so I wouldn’t need to return them. They do exchange which is good as a lot of independent shops don’t offer this service. I would def recommend this store and won’t leave it so late next year!!!

I will start by saying if your looking to buy a Nishkam uniform please do not buy by coming into the shop as you will be served by some very rude people who give attitude and need customer service trainingThe lady attendant that served us gave that much aggressive attitude we felt as if there was one step away from physical.They also do not give refunds which seems somewhat unfair as parents are buying uniforms and not having the chance to try themOn and make a choice in there own time.Next time best to order online and click and collect as they then have a legal right to give a refund.They think because they are the only provider that sell the uniform, they can do as they please.I hope that this review helps other innocent parents going through the heartache we had to go through.

This place is a licence to print money the service is absolutely dire they charge you over the odds as they know there is nowhere else to purchase the school uniform. The assistant forgot to order a sweater that was out of stock and gave us the wrong trousers for my child. When informing the owner she was more concerned about informing us about the no refund policy and also that they don't pay the difference if you are swapping an expensive item for something cheaper!. After paying £215 for the items you'd expect some level of service for your custom there was none! Awful!

Excellent service lady was very friendly and helpful , the quality of clothes lasted long on my sister & staff members were friendly people don’t know what they’re talking about if they say there’s no customer service customers don’t know how to speak

Sukhi, a lovely lady, I met at the my uniform hub sale in Nishkam School West London. There were many lines, and the students assisting her slightly messed up the order. We were given larger blazers and PE bottoms. A few weeks before school started, I called Sukhi in Birmingham. Sukhi was very helpful, and her politeness warmed my heart. She was extremely accommodating and took my problem as if it was her own. I sent the items the for delivery, and Sukhi promptly returned my call and sorted everything out. I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received.

Friendly staff, I have brilliant service. Everyone was knowledgeable and the staff manger was very friendly aswell. I recommend this store to anyone needing uniform, I will definitely coming back here to get my uniform.

Wouldn't accept cash and there were no signs in shop to state this, the manager had no manners. Miserable looking staff, will not be returning in future.
