Used for a second hand car and very happy with the selection available and the service provided. Was given help in selecting something suitable and have been driving it for around a month now. Car is in excellent condition and very good quality

Useless, my wife had a Ford through her work and it had a service package. I told her 3 times she had a noise when turning left, 3 times she mentioned it and someone actually said to her to “tell your husband he doesn’t know what he’s talking about, we do this for a living” So coming back from Chirk her steering is going wild, into Furrows and complaining. They again said there was nothing wrong so she got them to drive it. Straight up on the ramp and the last few bearings dropped out on the floor.Another time she went in I told her that the exhaust was getting noisy, she came home with two new front tyres. The exhaust fell onto the drive the following morning.My Mercedes had water damage in the boot, I told the insurance anywhere but Furrows however they were the only people not busy and picked it up after three days trying to get up my drive, all this time no courtesy car because they didn’t have mine. They said £3000 plus to repair it and sent it for scrap, insurance wrote it off. I bought it back and fixed it for £84 using Mercedes genuine parts, I’m not counting the battery as that’s a consumable problem.I would never buy anything from them, they don’t repair they only replace.I wouldn’t trust them to walk my dog.Oh one last thing When they took the Mercedes and gave me a hire car I left a dashcam in the boot still boxed ready to go back to Halfords. I know it didn’t work but never had a call. Last last thing, in the glove box of the hire car was the signed details, address, card details, names and phone numbers of the previous four people who had used the car.If all they are doing is plugging your car into the computer and replacing what they are told to I suppose they are ok but personally I wouldn’t let them walk my dog. Still got it as a second car.
