Look after small customers just the same as bigger clients. Paper packaging is very strong and fixed with paper tape so can go straight for recycling if not reusing. . Order arrived next day when only ordered late in afternoon. All high quality even though some were purchased in sale so are seconds

Products are good, but there's no option at present to have anything shipped that costs less than £8 despite couriers being available to ship at half that price.

Used to use these guys all the time. They changed website, lost all my previous order details, lost my customer details. Tried to enter new orders, registered new account, then asked for same registration details a second time, went all through the order process, then having finalised order and tried to pay, error message said site cant be reached and dropped me out. Lost all the order information. Dreadful website - said had stock, ordered 50, and said no stock. I'd be sacking my web developer if this was one of my sites. When you are in a hurry to get an order through, this is the last thing you need.
