Staff Clare and Ella in the Three Store Warrington being super helpful!!! Especially Ella had serve me very well and given me very detailed information to help me to make decisions on what phone and price plan are the best fit to my need. She is very patient and help me to write down all the details which really helpful for me to process the numbers ! Love her !Go Go Three! Keep hiring the good helpful staff who have passion to help the customers! People can really feel it !!!

Really helpful staff, as usual. Unfortunately the IT system was down so we had to return to actually purchase phones.

Ruksana and Ben looked after me in the Three shop Warrington. They were both friendly and professional. I’m not very good with phones, but they completely set up my new phone for me and wiped my old phone. Left feeling so disappointed, annoyed and felt like my time was wasted.I went into enquire about getting an Apple Watch on contract alongside my current sim plan, I told them at the start I’ve just moved and recently changed my address will this be a problem?They assured me no it’s fine….After spending 90 minutes in the store setting everything up, signing all the paper work and even giving me a delivery date for the watch they then said I wouldn’t be able to get the Apple Watch, I needed to wait another month? Because of the change of address…Why couldn’t they of told me that at the start instead of wasting 90 minutesof my time, so disappointed and annoyed.
