Cantley Post Office

I've never used this post office before so called ahead to enquire about renewing my driving licence. The lady that answered was very helpful giving accurate information in a really nice pleasant manner. When I arrived I was served by a chap called Raaj who I also asked about renewing my passport. He took the stress out of it all, sorted my driving licence and passport in less than 30 mins stress free. Great service!

Good, helpful service in post office

One of the nice things about this post office is undoubtedly friendly and helpful staff. Most of the employees go above and beyond to assist customers, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes every visit enjoyable.However, it's unfortunate that there seems to be one employee in the post section who lacks the same level of friendliness and patience.One of my fave things is the diverse selection of food items. I often find unique treats and snacks here that I don't come across in other shops.Additionally, the post office boasts an impressive array of greeting cards. The selection is vast and varied, ensuring there's a perfect card for every occasion.

Be careful on Saturdays because the post office website says the post office services close at 5:30pm, but when you go in you find out it's 4pm.

Sell by date on multi bag crisps rubbed off, inside all the packets out-of-date, paid top price too, Rob Dogs!

Called after their bank machine swallowed my bank card and got the most ignorant man , he was talking to people who were in the shop and telling me to tell him why I was calling again. Post office is open but told me it was open in an hours time just to get me off the phone. I don’t need the post office. Shop part of post office has massively declined too it’s very dirty, cramped and disorganised. Would not use again.

Very different to last owners need to take a customer care coarse .also prices have gone up only use when I put money in my bank other than thatDont bother also watch for dates on food .some itemswell out of date
