Went in to shorten a watch strap, the owner was very helpful and it was a reasonable price.

Annoying opening times. Turned up to see if they could fix my watch and on both occasions they were shutters down even though they were meant to be open. Just went to Timpsons instead.

I visited the shop a couple of weeks ago. I needed a new battery for a watch that I had not worn in quite some time.A nice, courteous young lady was serving and she said that it would take 10-15 minutes so I finished the rest of my shopping and then went back.The battery had been fitted and the time and date set correctly.I had a quick look at some necklaces and decided to buy one for my wife. It was a lovely design and very reasonably priced. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a discount on the necklace.I had a brief chat with the owner. He is a really nice bloke who seems to know his business.Highly recommended little shop. I will definitely go back.

Fantastic service and value for money. Can't fault the prices or workmanship here. It's quite rare to find someone who deserves the title of of craftsman but this guy is the genuine article. There are a few shops nearer to me who offer to repair watches but it's always worth driving to Prags in Marple.
