Tracey did an excellent job, as a new customer she was very friendly. And you can't argue with their excellent prices. I highly recommend JJ's and I'll be back here next month for sure.

I am from India and this is the first time I went to barber shop in UK. Becky did an excellent job. It is really appreciable. I went for head hair shave with razor and beard shave and I found this is one of the best service I've had. She is very friendly and other staff are also friendly and professional. Highly Recommended.

I've been coming here for almost two years for my monthly cut. Even when I briefly moved away to a different town, I made a point of visiting after work instead of using an establishment more local to where I moved to.The staff are always very friendly, the prices are very reasonable and their opening hours are accommodating & flexible for people of all professions. I've particularly found their loyalty card scheme useful, especially as it always reminds me what times they are open.Tracey usually does my hair on a Tuesday and I would highly recommend her. She is charming, funny, professional and in my opinion very experienced. Although whenever another member of staff has done my hair instead, they are equally to the same high standard.No complaints with JJs whatsoever. 10/10

I've gone to a few barbers in burgess hill and this is by far the best. In my opinion if you're booking up pick Tracy. She is professional, patient & endeavours to meet your expectations. Which is big for me as I can be a right pain at having my hair done a particular way. With highlighting Tracy I would like to also say that my experience with the other hairdressers have also been brilliant and can't fault the crew there

Been coming here for nearly 10 years and not once have I had an issue. Normally get cut with either Becky or Tracy (who are both phenomenal hairdressers!) but every hairdresser there is also great. They’re all so friendly and we have such good chats every time I go for a haircut. 10/10 recommend!

I've been coming here for around 15 years now and Tracey has regularly cut my hair over the years and it's great she remembers my style. It's also the only place my son will have his hair cut. Everyone is always pleasant and friendly!
