Never had any problems with this place. Any problems with tools/plant they've always changed it straight away no bother. The only reason there os one star short is just the waiting sometimes I'm there for a good 20 mins. I understand their busy though so it's not really a problem

first time using hss am local builder. got too say guys where brilliant. had to swap my order over wasnt a problem. and delivery and collection was fantastic. definitely be using them for all my contracts now.kc joinery @ builders ltd

Arranged delivery for a job. Paid the balance, paid deposit. Then they told me they don’t have it. Ordered a skip and other tools. Please don’t take a confirmed reservation as truth. They tell lies. Plus 3-5 days for a refund. Don’t pay unless you have product in hand.

Cancelled order 12 o'clock the day it was to arrive . Attitude of the staff was if you got a problem big deal. Spoke to manager same attitude Said if you don't like it you can speak to my area manager . Unbelievable.

STAY CLEAR!!!!!!!Paid online for a 7.5m tower at 220 for a week. Wasnt told about any deposit when confirming the payment. At the branch told i had to pay for a further 2 weeks hire as a deposit so in total £440 + 220 for the week which was £660. Said that it wasnt disclosed to me. Agreed to a week deposit as deposit so £440. Then took it back and i got £207 of the deposit returned. I have a property business and will not be using them again.
