Just joined, went for a quiet Sunday morning session. Ruined by two very rude members both standing staring over me. Women harassed me to finish, then a small man had the nerve to upbraid me after I got up saying I'd take my way too long. Who are these sad individuals? Think I will try the new gym

The staff are really helpful and patient with me, after my stroke it has been extremely hard to do things and remember certain stuff but everyone at the gym group kingston it so professional.

App is buggy and won’t allow for PIN reset. Customer service is non existent - been waiting over a week for a response.Update: recieved a response after 8 days with new pin. No help given for not being able to use the gym this whole time. Thanks

No frills gym, however easily the best gym in Kingston. Adequate equipment and facilities. What keeps me coming is the excellent classes and friendly atmosphere. The staff/PTs appear to love what they do and it shows!

I went to Zumba class yesterday with a friend for the first time and I liked it. It would be nice if the management agreed to have more zumba classes during the week after work. The gym has a friendly environment.I recommend.

I have only just recently joined but really enjoy coming here, all the staff are super friendly and so knowledgeable, the classes are amazing and there is lots of equipment so even when it's busy you're not waiting about to use machines/weights.

I have been going to this gym for 4 years now. I’m really happy with this place. All of the staff members are very friendly and helpful. Assan is the best! Such a lovely guy and always smiles at everyone. I love to join Assan classes! Such an amazing and professional PT!

Used a invite friend code to get me and my friend in. Code doesn't work, try again, doesn't work. Cool, I now am down 2 invites. And I spend about £12 in cash on the vending machine, I push it in frustration, asked a member of staff to help and get told to leave or he is calling the police. Spent £42 with membership fee and this is the treatment. No thanks. Not coming back.
