Convenient place to park, but probably a little expensive. Unlike lots of multistorey car parks there isn't a one-way system here, so confusing when trying to leave. I was pleasantly surprised to find a snack vending machine here.

Worst car park I've experienced. Poor signage inside (and it's not one way, which might catch you out when someone drives round a corner towards you), limited lifts and pay points, and when we finally made it to a lift (with a child in a pushchair, because we're parking here for the children's hospital), the lift was so small we couldn't get into it with the pram. Then when we left, I was charged £32 because the rates jump from 4 hours up to 24. Extortionate, shameful and neglected place. Avoid.

NCP parking is one of the most available parking all over United Kingdom. Only the thing you need to do is, download your NCP application from App Store or play store and use. While entering to NCP parking, open the application on your mobile- QR code will show in your mobile. Please scan the QR code in the machine for entering to parking. For coming out from NCP parking, do the same procedure. Before the barrier open the application- scan the QR code near the exit barrier machine. Then the parking fees will automatically deduct from your bank account. You can save lot of money by doing this procedure. If you are making direct payment you may need to pay more. So try to use NCP application for your future parking in United Kingdom.

Avoid, gate got stuck so ended up being trapped inside car park for hours with loads of other cars until someone forced the barrier up. NCP support uselessCharges you £30 (24hrs) even if you’ve only been there for 8.

Extremely overpriced, £16 for 3 hours is absolutely insane!! Also used the stairs on the way out and was completely covered in rubbish, half eaten food and god knows what kinds of human waste, disgusting

Used this car park today while on a visit to hospital with my son and partner. Where do I start with this car park not enough disabled spaces or enough child friendly park spaces . My partner is disabled as there were no disabled spaces available we had to park right at the top of the car park. We then got out put the mobility scooter together in a tight space . Then made our way to the lift . The lift was terrible and very small couldn't fit a mobility scooter in the lift so my partner had to go round the car park on her scooter which was not very safe to do . The lifts are an absolute disgrace you couldn't get a pushchair in there or wheel chair which is an absolute disgrace considering this car park is used for the children's hospital over the road . The prices they charged for parking you think they could improve the facilities and make it family and disabled friendly. I would avoid this car park at all costs. The best thing they could do is knock this shambles if a car park down and rebuild it so it is more accessible for disabled users and family friendly too .

We paid to exit then we were wating 15 minute by a broken exit barrier then turned a round by a offical to be asked to pay again at another exit. At one point neither exit was fuctunal leading to us not being abel to leave and being verbally abused by angry motorists. Time of 4 and 5 pm thefor rush hour. Unacceptable. Cost : double what is should have been.Very unhappy.

Dreadful car park. No staff on site when I lost my car park ticket in the childrens hospital and the help button on the ticket machine put me through to a call centre where the staff insisted I had to pay for 24 hours parking (£32) despite hearing how upset and distressed I was and having a young child with me. I was only parked for 2 hours. The lift and stairs stink of urine and the car park spaces are narrow. Never returning here. Staff on end of the ‘helpline’ were so lacking in compassion. Horrible experience I never wish to repeat.

Easy access to Birmingham Children's hospital. Parking can be a bit confusing to figure out as exit and entrance access points change in the course of the day.

Dire car park. Barriers frequently don't work and takes a solid 10 minutes to dial the help line and have them lett you in/out.Stairs often wet with urine. More than once BOTH lifts have been full of excrement. Parking spaces are very small.
