We bought some items from them and they promised the world (delivery within two weeks) and after one month still no items, we were chasing them.On the morning of the delivery (around 8 weeks later) they turned up in the afternoon without any apology for no show that morning as promised (we had called them) and were fobbed off with they were receiving a delivery so deal with it. Thats customer service.The item to be delivered was damaged and they again promised the world with repair or partial refund and then as soon as they left the damaged item denied that they ever did.They do not respond to complaints, deny receiving letters (even if sent recorded delivery and has owners signature).Absolute shambles.After searching on the internet have found several other customers who have had similar experiences.Avoid at all costs. Completely untrustworthy.PS. The other reviews here seem to be from the owner which reflects on the kind of people you are dealing with (totally dishonest)!

Vast selection. Beautiful shop and very helpful staff. Wanted a hare ornament which had sold out, but was ordered for me by lovely lady. Nothing was too much trouble.

One of three shops. Heacham showroom has a wide selection of fantastic bespoke pieces to charm any home. Easy to get to but also easy to miss if you do not realise it is there. The staff are friendly and helpful. The owner is very experienced in interior design so can offer helpful advice if you are not sure. A lovely place to find some very different gift ideas too.

Nice little shop, that you can spend hours exploring the nooks and crannies of this wonderful experience.Its one of those place you never know what you will find until you look around the corner.The staff was very friendly even though me and my wife was being a nuisance8/10
