My company has been renting from here for the past few years now, for both business and personal needs. We have experienced friendliness, excellent communication, variety of cars and vans, miles to last you a trip around Earth, and very accessible prices. Not to mention the charitable action of giving back to the community by supporting the food parcel distribution around Swale borough. John and his staff are great, and very helpful. I have hired the white Honda, which is in one of the photos, it is lovely to drive and was very clean inside.The only thing I could complain about which isn't anything to do with Practical, is the state of the road. My poor van was rocking its way through all the pot holes, so drive slowly.

Excellent customer service, have the van ready for you when you arrive to pick up.The vans are in great condition.

This is the only place I will rent a car no smarmy Americanised sales tricks. Just great cars service and value. Clean professional attitude, finally they have held their prices admirably post Covid and not used it as a reason to rip people off like most of their competitors

I am writing to express my disappointment and concern about the reckless driving behavior of some of your customers who lease hire vehicles from your company. In the past eight months, I have been a victim of six instances of reckless driving and road cutting by drivers of your vehicles. This dangerous behavior is putting my safety and the safety of other drivers at risk.As a responsible driver on the road, I have observed your company’s leased vehicles speeding and swerving in and out of lanes without any regard for other drivers. These drivers have consistently been cutting up other drivers on the road, which is a serious violation of road safety regulations. As a result, I have been forced to make sudden stops or sharp turns to avoid collisions with these careless drivers.I believe that your company has a responsibility to ensure that your customers adhere to proper road safety regulations and drive responsibly while driving leased vehicles from your company. It is not enough to simply lease the vehicles without proper screening of the drivers or monitoring of their driving behavior. Your company must take steps to ensure that leased vehicles are driven safely and responsibly in order to prevent serious accidents or harm to other drivers.I urge your company to take appropriate action to address this issue, such as increasing driver training or enforcing stricter penalties for reckless driving. A really smooth experience with Practical. I needed a car for a business trip to Brighton for which the booking process was simple and seamless. Managed to get a rather lucky upgrade too. Would have no hesitation recommending them!
