E Z Taxis Bexhill & Airport Transfers

A few weeks ago, I took a short holiday to Scotland. I was worried about the train strike so I contacted E Z Taxis at short notice for the commute. I must admit, I have been very impressed with their service.They arrived on the dot and we had a very good chat to Gatwick. They went on a route to make sure I wouldn't be late for my flight. Before I left, they showed me where I would be picked up when I was back, and how to get in touch when I was there.When I did arrive back in England. I barely had to wait around at my pickup as they were already waiting. And again, gave a very speedy and great service on the ride back home.I can not recommend this company enough. I will definitely be using their service in the future, and will be suggesting them to any friends or family who are going on holiday next year.

I booked a taxi to Gatwick Airport with E Z Taxis. Even before he knew I was an anxious traveller, the driver e-mailed to let me know he was going to be a bit later than agreed to pick me up. He then kept me up to date with his ETA by calling me, which was really helpful. He got me to the airport in time which was great! The journey was quick and comfortable and the driver (Sean, I think?) kept my travel nerves at bay with a good conversation! The price was very reasonable - and I have already passed on contact details for E Z to someone local I met on my travels.

A brilliant on time safe and reliable taxi service. Totally honest and upfront. Very polite. Need a cab then this is the go to cab company. Never once let me down. 100% recommended

What a great company. Professional decent drivers. And the owner goes above and beyond to deliver a service.. our flight was delayed by 27 hrs. They always remained in contact and made sure we were picked up without any more waiting around. Very grateful in a very stressful time. Even messaged us while he was away o holiday asking if there was anything they could do to ease the stress of our journey. Pick us up some water or snacks.. if I could give 10 stars I would. The cost of the journey to and from Gatwick was cheap. The driver was punctual and provided helpful information to guide us to the meeting point at Gatwick. The car was clean. The air freshener a bit too strong. It was a safe , smooth journey and the driver was happy to do multiple drop offs on return route at no extra cost....However, appropriate communication skills lacking .. the phrase time and place" comes to mind... Driver dropped the f bomb on a number of occasions and proceeded to recite x rated lyrics to a song on the radio !!! Had to be asked not to continue ... ! This would have been a 5 star review

My introduction to EZ taxis has been an excellent one when I have used their service for transport to Benenden Hospital and back again to Bexhill. The journeys have been smooth, safe and filled with entertaining conversation. Some of those journeys have been requested late in the day but their proprietor Seb goes beyond any expected level of service to arrange and confirm a driver, he clearly is totally customer orientated and makes every effort to meet your needs and has never let me down. And another great aspect of the EZ Taxi service is that his fares are always reasonable and his cars are clean and a delight to be a passenger in.

Used E Z Taxis for drop off, and pick up to Gatwick in July. Journey there, Kept lines of communication open, Arrived at my home on time, & I found the driver very helpful & friendly. Collected from Gatwick the following week, again, kept communication open, informative, helpful, and friendly. Both nice clean vehicles, and both drivers were great! Price was extremely reasonable too. Would definitely use this fab service again.
