We needed to install a blind in our newly fitted window and door looking over a flat roof from our back bedroom, and we needed some advice. We were lucky to meet Paul at his shop in Wood Street Arcade. He was very patient and helpful in assisting us in choosing the right type of blind and material. We were very pleased to see that vision became a reality after Paul finished fitting the curtains.

I'm really glad I bought my kitchen blinds from The Blind and Shutter Shop. Paul was friendly, offered helpful advice, was flexible about times to measure up and fit the blinds, and resolved an issue without delay. I was happy with the price and the whole process was quick, which I appreciated as I was feeling a bit too visible in my kitchen and am now much more comfortable in there. I wouldn't hesitate to use The Blind and Shutter Shop again and am glad to support a local business.

Donna and Paul were very pleasant to deal with. Very flexible with visiting and able to do the task considering I'm not in their local area. I opted for shutterblinds which they have a wide range of options.My finished product is perfect and makes my rooms look more spacious. Highly recommended.

Paul took us through the whole ordering and design process at our home and fitted the blinds himself. If you want quality service from a local shop, this is the place to go. Highly recommended.

Visited the shop with my measurements. The guy reluctantly got off speaking on his mobile but then couldn't be bothered to give me a price or show me a catalogue of his designs. Told me to email in and then if the price is acceptable to come back again to choose the design! What kind of customer service is this? I'm there in front of you with my measurements so why can't you work out a price? Took my business some place else where they are at least interested!!
