Burnt food, inedible. Food was burnt on the inside and inedible, even the satay sauce - how is it possible to burn sauce? Because I didn't phone on the night and instead made a complaint via BigFoodie with their email complaint service-Lucky House manager said they aren't interested in email complaints as no proof. Not much point having an email complaint service then? The manager refused to do anything, i.e wouldn't refund or even apologise for the terrible food. After spending £100s there over the years and never complaining I'm not sure they needed proof!Anyway after throwing my cash away on an inedible takeaway they can add me to their growing list of ex-loyal customers as I won't be ordering from them anymore!

We've ordered from there for the past 10 years, but it's slowly gone downhill. The food is usually cold & they often forget items when delivering. The teenagers who answer the phones are lovely, but the owners are just greedy & can't keep up with the orders, so things regularly get missed. You then have to wait another hour for your missing meal. Plus the portions have shrunk & prices have gone up. We won't be using them again.

Disgusting customer service from the management, we have used them for many years and the delivery cost slowly increased to an over inflated £10 (5miles away) but we carried on paying as we liked the food but tonight THEY sent the wrong dish (prawn instead of chicken) and had the audacity to say we would have to pay the £10 delivery again if we wanted the correct dish sent, absolutely appalling customer service (not from the lad on the phone though he was unfortunately just the messenger, he can come work at my place) especially when they could of killed him with a shellfish allergy luckily I went to try it first and noticed it straight away!! Never again, avoid!! I believe in karma.FYI Boxes they delivered in stated Cooked Frozen Chicken and Straw Whole Mushrooms with 2 year best before date from China so definitely don’t expect anything remotely fresh, I can’t believe we hadn’t noticed before… I need to have a chat with my taste buds!! :0

Wow - very bad. Was all clearly microwaved as well as the middle was hot but the sides were all cold.Couldn't tell any difference between the thai and the chinese dish, they tasted the same and very watery with minimal flavour.The crispy chili beef wasn't crispy - was soggy and had a nasty flavour - fresh out of the microwave.The one nice dish we had was the salt and pepper crispy chicken.Nasty nasty nasty.

Great food. But for the second time they forgot part of the order, v poor really.On top of that, they offered to re-deliver the missing item for free and said theyd be 10 mins (we live less than 5 mins away) and we have been waiting for 30 mins and counting, just lies too

Never use them again.They accepted the order took the Money and the shop was closed when I went to pick up the order.Nobody would answer the phone and my money would be refunded in 3 days. So left without money and without food.Rubbish service

AWFUL - have used these 3 times and everytime they have missed something off the order. This time they missed chips and boiled rice, we called and complained and they said they would send over, then when they turned up they had forgot the chips again! So the driver said he would tell them and then we called to clarify and they said they would get the chips over and give 20% off next time. Waited 20 mins still no Chips so called and the guy on phone said that they no longer have any drivers working so they can’t deliver and would refund us next time, when I explained that it was for my daughters tea, he said there was nothing they could do and when I asked what was happening with all the other deliveries he said people where collecting only. So we had to walk to get it! When getting it they would only refund the chips and the manager wouldn’t speak to us, apparently she doesn’t speak English, yet the boy behind the desk was speaking to her in English! Then as we were leaving a delivery driver came in and took an order to be delivered so we were LIED TO! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DON’T USE!!

Absolutely awful. We ate from here around a year ago and it was bad then. Tried again last night as didn’t wish to drive any further. Food has not improved since. The crispy chilli beef was anaemic looking and just doused in what looked & tasted like sweet chilli sauce from a bottle. The chicken curry was almost flavourless. The chicken balls tasted like chip shop batter. Again the egg fried rice was clumpy snd flavourless. Although it’s a little further from Drayton we will just stick with Horsford Chinese now as their food is so much better.

What on earth has happened to this place??An order over an hour late, to be told food left the restaurant 45 minutes ago and there’s nothing we can do, but hey you never know, your food may be warm when you get it…Sounds like a young lady totally out of her depth “managing” the business..We’ve refunded your money and you’ll have no need to ring us again…Been using the place for 15 years, Emily your attitude stinks, you’re out of your depth and you’ve lost a loyal customer, maybe wise to listen rather than talk over a customer…!!!
