Started training the wwka program recently and find it fantastic,the detail shown in the check point tutorials is unbelievable and on top of that there is loads of fitness stuff as well 30 day challenge and loads of stretching videos and if you ask a question about anything you need help with you get a really fast answer,I’m really enjoying the training and have lost a fair bit of weight since I started and learned some really good karate

Just finished my 8th kyu online program. Fantastic, easy to follow videos and even grading audio so it’s just like an in-person grading. Thanks to Sensei John and Sensei Jane. Highly recommended. Looking forward to training for 7th!
