Excellent friendly service by both the woman who helped us and her lovely laid-back dog. The bikes (we had hybrids) were very good quality, and even if they had not been so sturdy we were provided with tools to fix them on the go. We had no idea where we wanted to go for a ride so it was a huge relief that we were given really good advice on where to go for an excellent trip within our 4 hour slot. Very relaxed too about when we should have the bikes back by.

Fantastic place, hired a hybrid for a week in Achiltibuie and had an afternoon mountain biking. The bikes seem almost brand new and are in great shape, the staff at the hut are very knowledgeable about local routes and really friendly. Can’t recommend enough, best way to see the local area. Great value as well.

Absolutely amazing people working here. Whilst on a bike packing trip, I had quite a big problem with my bike and dropped into ullapool to see if anyone could help. The staff put in a massive effort to try to source a spare part and work out how we could fix it. Unfortunately we couldn't get the right part in ullapool, but I was amazed by how friendly and helpful they were!

Brilliant service. More than helpful and friendly guys thus taking the stress out of setting up a bike ride. I approached the bike shack on the harbour and got sorted out quickly. Although I believe it is possible to use their on line service it makes such a change to get away from information technology whilst on holiday. The bike was a million times better than the one I use at home. The route I chose on their advice was beautiful and not too remote for a sole cyclist who has forgotten how to repair punctures. The rucksack they lend you full of things you need for bike maintenance is also useful to store picnic and warm clothes. High quality service. Very client friendly for all levels.

Great bikes and excellent service. Very friendly and thoroughly explained the cycling route and provided a map so we don't get lost. The route into the glen had amazing views. We were provided with a backpack with bike essentials which was great! I would use again for sure. Thanks to the team running this!
