Just had an Air Source Heat Pump installed by Wall Lag, very efficient and knowledgeable, my personal thanks to Phil and Callum, they were fab!! never stopped working all day, very polite and friendly, excellent installation and no mess left behind, if you are thinking of having an ASHP installed I would highly recommend Wall Lag.

I work here so I gota be nice ha... but very good people and many parts to the business from windows conservatory an everything to do with saving energy.

4 phone calls and still no appointment booked, phoned another company booked appointment, got quote, insulation installed in under a week. Don't know why Wall-lag even bother to advertise if they don't want the business. Don't waste your time when you can get better service from smaller companies

Thanks to Craig, Huw, Patrick and Harry.A great job, professionally carried out, with courteous and friendly guys.Nothing was too much trouble and they stayed late on the Friday night to complete what had become a lengthy and complex job and cleared up after themselves.

Will and Ryan provided an unbelievable services.. 2 lovely polite, professional lads, we're very hard working, got the job done, lovely to chat to an very clean, took all the rubbish away and left everything as it should be.. Very happy.. Would definitely recommend and use again if ever needed.

Awful!First ever review I have written due to the outright frustration.Had to chase for a quotation. Should have took the message at this stage.Requested installation heard nothing back.Received a phone call out of the blue that an installation would be cancelled 'tomorrow' despite me knowing nothing about it, claimed they must have spoke to me as they would not book it otherwise. Anyway finally booked a slot for 1pm on a Friday.My wife took the afternoon off and I chased at 11am on the Friday to confirm the time. They called me back at 1.15pm to say they could no longer do it and can I re schedule.Sorry enough was enough! Will look elsewhere, expected more of a reputable company, 1 or 2 mistakes and issues are expected but this was constant.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!Requested a quote, after a home visit, 2 weeks of emails and phone calls they still haven't come back to me. the other reviews are right. don't waste your time with this company they have no interest in customer service!

Wall Lag have now installed both my ASHP, solar panels and battery storage systems.When things go well. They are a pleasure to deal with.When things go wrong. They remain professional, courteous, dynamic and go the extra mile to ensure the systems are working as they should be.I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them for renewable projects installations in the NW and North Wales.
