Sam Race - Venue Decoration

We met Sam at The Boathouse wedding fair in 2022, from the moment we spoke to her we knew we wanted her to decorate for our wedding.She is the most lovely, friendly person. Communication was quick and easy.On our wedding day she was like a ninja, in and pretty much everything done before we had even had our breakfast. I managed to speak to her before she left and was just wowed by all the decorations. What an amazing service. We arrived to the venue already decorated and looking amazing. Our daughter was so pleased with the photo wall, her and her friends spent the whole night in front of it. We requested balloon arrangements incorporating foliage by our florist. These worked perfectly with our style and colour theme. Wow!! Wow, wow ,wow!! The work these guys do in transforming a venue is absolutely amazing! Sam and her team arranged to have lanterns and lights from the ceiling of our venue and outside lighting and it really looked amazing and just have the room more life. I am so so glad we found you! Thank you for being so easy to deal with and for not adding any stress into the wedding planning or the day itself. I couldn't have asked for anything more perfect!

Sam is wonderful. We booked her for our venue decoration for our wedding which she made look incredible and was extremely helpful in the process. The communication from her was excellent the whole way through, nothing was too much to ask. We also booked her vw camper Oliver to travel in style to our wedding and the venue. She took photos for us decorated it beautifully and even stopped on route to run in a shop for us and grab us some bits that had been forgotten. She gave us our 1st bottle of champagne as Mr & Mrs to drink on route and even ran to find the cork for us to keep. She made our day stress free, enjoyable, exciting and really went the extra mile. We couldn't of hoped for better and we are so glad we booked her. Thank you so much for such an amazing experience we cannot praise you enough. Had the complete pleasure of working with Sam at her niece's wedding ceremony last weekend. Sam was a whizz of creativity and designed and built a magical space that was so beautiful and in keeping with L's vision of a natural landscape with stunning cypress trees and white/cream roses, just stunning and also a supplier that was such fun to work alongside. I cant wait to work with Sam again, 5-star supplier for venue decoration.
