Very poor experience. Unenthusiastic welcome, menus pushed down on table and just told to go to counter. Food took a while, we were sat near the kitchen.Our drinks order was half made and sat on the counter whilst one more drink was needed to complete to bring over but girl in the cashier had a queue so couldn’t get to it. Seemed like lots of staff about but not enough to do h the simple tasks.Hygiene in kitchen not good. Chef handling mobile phone than the burger buns, lettuce etc. wiping hands on dirty apron, hands going through their hair touching their faces then the food.We could see our order on the hot plate sat there and there was no one to bring it, didn’t know if we had to get it or not. Guy from the kitchen eventually took (dirty) apron off and brought to table.Food was too salty, too much in or on it, and I couldn’t eat the burger. Sides all just basic basic quality and deep fried.Good branding and name but lacks quality and management.

We had a great time at Grizzly’s celebrating our daughter and nieces A level results. The atmosphere was lovely, staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and service was excellent.There is also a prayer room on the premises.

Really gone down hill of late. I have been going to the Plumstead Grizzlys since the week it opened and I am so disappointed with the service and quality of food recently.The new staff are all quite rude and don't have good customer service skills. They allowed another customer in front of me after I had been waiting for a good 5 minutes (long order before me) and then when my food was ready, they stood around talking to each other laughing and shouting at each other. One woman who worked there was even singing at the top of her voice for the whole time I was there.I was mostly disappointed as my food was sat under the heater for 7 minutes as they dealt with new customers and delivery orders. I would have been fine if the order was still being made, but knowing it was there and being ignored??? Not really acceptable. It took all of 30 seconds to bag up the order when they decided to give it to me.As I say, I'm a long term customer of Grizzlys and I've always been very loyal to them, but the way their new staff act and the quality of their food (the chips are not what they used to be..) is really starting to put me off.To the staff, please be mindful of your customers and how you behave in front of them. I can see when my order is ready and it's frustrating to have to wait for so long when it takes so little time to bag up and give to me. I say this as a long term customer who has consistently had poor experiences here of late.

Ordered from them from Uber eats and they forgot my chips, tried getting in contact and nothing, they didn’t answer the phone either.Thought ok fine, tried them again few months later for a staple to be in the food that we’re eating, disgusting. And no, that wasn’t from the bag itself as it was in one of the boxes containing the food.Sort this out.

Food is really tasty here, food alone worth 4.5 stars, but chicken wings a little on the small side. Some till staff are more knowledgeable than others. Overall a great place to eat for a quick bite

ordered from them, kept changing delivery times. when the food arrived, the fries were barely seasoned and the food was cold even though the place is around 5-10 minutes away. part of the chicken was pink. i was starving and this literally ruined my appetite. ive ordered from them before like a month ago and many times before that so idk what was going on here, but the food today was awful.

The service is really good. However I didn't find the ribs to be cooked enough. I asked for them to take it back and cook a bit extra. They happily obliged and then the ribs were much better. I'd give them 5 stars next time if they get the food right at the first attempt.
