I think what you have done by stopping card top ups is a disgrace I had to travel miles to get my house warm every shop I went was off line or had filled their quota of top up for the day. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF BRITISH GAS MULTI BILLION POUND COMPANY YET YOU PICK ON THE POOR.... I AM CHANGING TO SCOTTISH POWER. THEY MAYBE A BIT MORE EXPENSIVE BUT THEIR CUSTOMER CARE IS WORTH IT. THANKS FOR NOTHING. BG DONT DESERVE A STAR BUT HAND TO GIVE ONE TO WRITE REVIEW WHAT A JOKE
