MWM Markfield Woodworking Machinery Ltd

For many years I ran my own car repair business and have only come into joinery in the past 6 months, working for Habitat Joinery. In that time I've visited MWM 3 times and have been so impressed by the knowledge and information these guys have. They put so much time and effort into their customers and customer support, certainly something I never received in the garage trade. The whole team functions as such a friendly and solid unit and nothing is too much trouble. Really pleased with the service provided by MWM. We had a full workshop kitted out with them and I initially chose to go with them because I wanted a company which would provide good after care and we could work with continuously as we grow as a business. With any type of machinery there can be problems but if you have the right people at hand to give advise and help the effects can be minimised quickly. I'm confident I've found this with MWM, any issues we've had have been resolved by phone immediately or within 24hours by sending a technician out. The technicians are friendly and very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make sure you know your machines. Great service.

We recently invested in a panel saw from the guys here and we will definitely be using them again. It was a big investment for us as a new business, and we felt at ease with these guys, and had all our questions answered, which resulted in us having the best saw for our requirements.Gavin has been great, along with the accounts team, and the lads who delivered and commissioned the machine, with good workmanship and attention to detail.All round couldn't recommend enough.

Great company to work with , the whole process from purchasing the machines to install is great , The backup service is also top class any issues or problems are resolved even if its operator error, we have purchased 8 machines from MWM and they always deliver , I wish all suppliers were this good.
