Served by Janene at screwfix today. Great service. She was knowledgeable regarding the product we were considering buying, she was incredibly polite with a great sense of humour, and took time to answer all of our questions, resulting in us buying a dehumidifier rather than just enquiring about one. A credit to screwfix.

Open and have never had a problem getting the DIY items I require. There is a queuing system in place when open to ensure social distancing, and customers appear to be maintaining their distance. Staff always been v helpful on my visits.

Just popped in to collect a couple of items. I usually forget to do things like this but the staff in the Newbury branch deserve some praise. They always remember my name although I’m sure they serve 1000’s, , if they’re busy themselves they get someone to get my order quickly, always happy to help and just a good friendly team.Thanks

At the tail end of a long and depressing build and so thankful that we have an excellent branch of Screwfix 15 minutes away from us. Click and collect service is a life saver and the staff are friendly and helpful, always willing to help loading the car if I'm collecting bulkier items.

Great store. Staff can be very helpful if you have questions. Avoid weekends. Can be very busy.

Checked the website for 2 items, packed the kids and baby into the car, drove 3 miles just to be told that the items were in their main warehouse. Absolutely fuming is an understatement as I had checked store availability the previous night too. I decided not to go anywhere else because this is in stock... absolute joke!How on earth does a working man come back in on a Monday after 12!?

Pretty good place, I have given it 4 stars as there is either a queue out the door with two staff at tills or it's fine.. also the parking is a bit awkward maybe they could add a mirror or two to help..

Great range of products and most items I need are in stock when I need them. My only gripe is that your order can be ready in 60 seconds, but it can then take 5 minutes to get served, ID checked, payment checked, order located and out of there so it's just as well that there is a car park.

I had a bad customer experience here a month ago with staff blaming me for their mistake in my order and getting frustrated at me in front of the customers. I put it down to a bad day as we all get them and I’m fully aware of how frustrating dealing with the public can be so I left it. I went back in 2 days ago and it was a bad experience of customer service to me from a different member of staff. He was little help to the chap in front of me with advice or help or to try to answer his questions, just a blank stare like your wasting his time. Then he ignored me completely and served the man behind me. This got sorted but I felt very awkward. Customer service not good that day.
