Although not a regular customer previously when another local engineer failed to come back and finish the repair started over 2months ago ( for the 3rd time ! ) Gavin came out 4 days later and had the boiler working again in under 2 hours ! Plus it was a very reasonable price charged !Highly recommend this company !

Google reviews are pointless,and some even fake, here's proof, its easy to put anything true or false, google don't checked with the business being reviewed to see if the review is genuine or not.I am co owner of S&G gas services, so here we go !! they are fantastic guys, (true) Jackie Burden who is this ?? and Bill Eldridge lives in the Lake District, as if we go there on a daily basis guess its a 7 hour drive from Lowestoft so how could we have done work for him, just waiting to see if this is checked up on !!and who is this prat ECKO ECKO doesn't know how we work for a start and so sad they have nothing better to do with their lives that make up rubbish makes them feel special !! ha ha

I am very pleased that you decided not to send me a quote as the problem I had with the hot water pressure has been solved!! After telling me it was the old pipes underground and there was nothing that could be done, there was. A competent, very nice plumber has fitted my new sink and taps which apparently you did not want to do and he also solved the water pressure problem. The small valve under the boiler was blocked with a piece of tissue, he took it out and pressure was restored!!

If you want to be given an invoice for a job they have done, do not be bullied into paying before you have it. May get some story ‘ we do a print run of invoices then send out’ . Best way to get invoice from them is to only pay when you have it.

02/08/2023: UPDATEI have just had S&G out to fit a new kitchen tap due to my old one springing a leak. They were fantastic. Such a professional service, quick and great customer service. All done in no time. Again, you can book with confidence.S&G Gas Services are fantastic. I recently moved into my new home and immediately discovered the previously installed boiler was poorly installed, dangerous and leaking. I called S&G Gas Services and they were fantastic from start to finish. I now have a beautifully installed (and safe) boiler and new shower. They really came to my rescue when I needed honest advice and help. They have high standards of craftsmanship, honesty and integrity. Book with confidence, you won't go wrong.
