We have to say, what a truly lovely company to do business with. Not easy running a business during a pandemic. Let's hope that is behind us now.Our experience with this company has been so good. The owner very pleasant. JO, she fronts the desk, offers good advice. we found her knowledgeable, not pushy and very honest. We had new windows fitted, the price was good, excellent quality windows. The fitters were amazing, nothing was too much trouble for them. We have used the big companies in the past. WEST End Glass knocks spots off them. Old fashioned service we didn't know was around anymore. Great knowledge with the products they are using.The fitters did an amazing job. Such great guys, almost sorry to see them go.Such a competitive business to be in. Yes, we recommend you try this small independent business. I am so fussy. You will be pleased you did. I have used them a couple of times to replace broken glass in my greenhouse. Always found them most helpful. Passed on measurements over the phone. Cut and ready for collection in the 10 mins it took to walk round there. Price was very reasonable too. I personally feel it is very important to use and support local businesses and will definitely use them again.

This company sent thieves to install the glass for me. They sent a middle aged man and a teenage boy to do the job. I was looking after a vulnerable person in my home and left them to get on with the job as they had been prior to measure etc. They fitted the glass and when they left over £200 worth of items were stolen from my home. As a first port of call, I rang the company immediately and got a very uninterested, nonchalant attitude. I was told they would call me back, they did not. When the owner eventually answered my calls, the next day he shouted at me telling me he was having a day off and that he deserved to have that!! At this point I rang the police to report this matter having both the thieves videoed on my doorbell. This is an ongoing matter with them, but I am aware that unfortunately once they had left my property and without the companies support of searching these thieves back at their office the police probably have a very hard job to do.So, pensioners, vulnerable people, women, BE AWARE!!

Excellent Service and value

I had a real emergency with the glass being broken in my house boat and they helped me with extra cuts needed to make them fit. Excellent customer service.
