This place is pretty useless they couldn’t give my bike a service or mot. Wanted some basic work doing and they wouldn’t because my bike isn’t ktm. I wanted some tyres fitted and even though they have the equipment they also wouldn’t do this. Can’t give money away to them—————————————————————-EDIT: REPLY TO THE RESPONSEI can absolutely assure you that you turned down work saying and I quote word by word “sorry we only do work on ktms” this happened last year… regarding the service/mot I asked for this last year also (June 2022) so I assume it wasn’t under construction then. If it was then you need new builders. And once again I can absolutely assure you that I was told you couldn’t give me neither of them. And as for the tyres I can’t understand why you can’t just fit tyres whether you supply them or not.. why wouldn’t you want £30/40 for literally 10 minutes worth of work?? Seems very odd. Whether you like it or not there is definitely not more to the story. Why would I waste my time to write a review on a motorcycle dealer that has been going for decades it isn’t like this review is going to negatively impact the anyone/the business I just like to leave my honest feedback. My dad used to religiously use this place for absolutely everything back in the 80s. Would seem like it isn’t what it used to be like most things. I have spent the last 2 years trying to use your services and somehow always managed to get turned down

I bought my new Triumph Speed triple 1050 from KD Motorcycles where they are 290 Miles away and gave them my BMW in part exchange.Was expecting will be so difficult to deliver their bike and pickup my bike but they were well organised. They safely delivered my new Triumph and picked up BMW same time. Mr Ian was offered fair price for my BMW and he was managed everything very professional. I look forward buying my next motorbike from their store. They have good selection bikes, i would definitely recommend their service to everyone.

Not only did I have a bad experience with this place so did two mates of mine. Bought a brand new bike from these guys about 10 months ago after roughly about 1,300 miles had an issue with the fan sticking on took it in then came out with about 5 other issues such as sensors faults etc. Not to talk about the rude customer service from the main manger Chris....trying to do you over on your finance by getting you to pay more for a bike that cost less...ans not to even mention them fixing my mates brand new 2023 bike and putting old rusty parts clearly from a different bike back on it. Would not recommend all....

I purchased a new Kawasaki Z900RS via an internet add and I was given a great deal. Im not local to KD motorcycles and my bike was delivered by there courier promptly and efficiently. Had great service & communication all the way through the deal from Rick Moss. Would recomnend them as a dealer.Manythanks John Seymour

I have to say for the first time in many years I found motorcycles that looked like motorcycles ie Kawasaki 800 twin a nicely styled Bennelli a Triumph some bikes I forget the name of lol and lots of beautiful Royal Enfield of various styles singles and twins it really was a buzz for me ,being a lot old school I am not a great fan of all the modern style machines as excellent as they are to ride. I was asked once if I needed help whilst I was there and all staff seemed friendly and approachable , unfortunately the only help i need is a bloody miracle to be able to buy one of those lovely classic styled bikes lol.

Great experience overall buying a bike from here. Helpful staff that aren't pushy, plenty of bikes to choose from. A little difficult to get on the phone at times but no complaints from me.

What can I say good team always happy to help just picked a bike up from Chris sorted all my needs out put up with my impatient waiting to pick it up very professionally and the guy who runs the service desk is awesome well recommended

First time I have purchased a motorcycle from KD motorcycles as I have used the other dealer up the road in Blackburn .I purchased a used RE Interceptor 650 and dealt with Ian Mc and from start to finish the service levels were excellent at all times.The bike was delivered on time by Paul, I think was his name, and what a character very chatty and knowledgeable.When I noticed the day after purchase that the rear reflector was missing a call to KD resulted in not only the rear reflector being delivered but also the rear mud guard extender on which to attach it.Excellent service keep it up guys and gals and I will be back for another motorcycle at some point.

After a issue with my car I needed a motorcycle in a hurry and the fantastic guys at Kd motorcycles went above and beyond when I selected one of their 690 duke R bikes. I had never seen the bikes and after a lot of bad experiences with dealers in the past I was worried about the service but it was 2nd to none. A few days after delivery I had a mechanical issues and the bike was picked up within 24h hours and returned back to me sparkling with all new parts. It's now the only dealership I trust A*
