It's been a week since I spoke to the store manager and the case handler Glenn to resolve my property damage issue. Called/ emailed and no one seems to care. Every time I call Glenn he's either out of office or on his lunch break so there's no way to get any information from him.I need you take the responsibility for your wrong doing... not just money!Call back to resolve the issue Glenn

Today I spoke to Sutton branch to place our flooring order. A lady called Selina provided excellent customer service. She was really quick and efficient. Responded to my query and sorted out everything within under 1 hour!! I highly recommend her. If anyone is going to Sutton store, definitely speak to this amazing lady 'Selina'.

Adelina dealt with me a was very helpful. She spent a lot of time with me share her expertise and advise. Everything was simply spelt out for me to make my decision. Great service.
