Ainsley and Jamie arrived on time and ready to roll, and the company did an absolutely stellar job with an end of tenancy clean. Cannot recommend them enough, what a fantastically professional bunch of folk. Would definitely book again.

We had a moving clean (house and oven) when we moved out our new property and were delighted with the service. Everything was spotless and really helped take the stress out of moving. Would definitely recommend.

I booked them for an end of tenancy clean. I took time off work to meet them at 1pm. The cleaners didn't show up, and there was no response to my calls and texts until 2pm. Apparently the cleaners were held up on another job and wouldn't be able to make it to mine.Helen was very apologetic and offered to reschedule for the next day. This wasn't possible for me (nor was I able to find another cleaner for that day at 2.15pm), so I had to get the letting agents to organise cleaning (for £220).While I understand there are mitigating factors, it is completely unacceptable not to let your clients know what is going on, and leave them waiting for an hour for cleaners that are never going to turn up.Edit: the company did not offer to pay if I could find another cleaner, as they state below.
